The app is simple, just join the communities that interest you and swipe interested or skip on fellow members. When the other person is also interested in you, you have a "handshake" and you can use the in-app chat to quickly schedule a meeting.

- As well as organizations such as Rocket Labs, SOHO/NOHO and Startup Weekend.

- Grip shows you professionals from the communities you joined.
- Anonymously swipe Right for Interested, Left for Later.
- When the other professional also swipes interested.. it’s a handshake!

- When you are connected use the in-app chat to take advantage of the new opportunity.
- Meet up for a coffee if you are in the same city.
- Arrange a video call to share ideas, opinions, and expertise.
