Deepday is a calm home for deep work — a single, quiet app for planning your day, focusing in Pomodoros, and reviewing your effort. No account. No servers of ours. No noise.
Most productivity apps ask you to manage a system. Deepday asks you to run a loop — Plan, Focus, Review — every day, in about the same three taps.
★ PLAN YOUR DAY
Start each morning with a short prompt: pull a few tasks from your backlog into Today, or add something new. Tag tasks by project, set a priority, and estimate how many Pomodoros they'll take. Nothing else competes for your attention.
★ FOCUS IN POMODOROS
Start a distraction-free timer on whatever you picked. Deepday tracks your Pomodoro count for the session, moves you into a short break to breathe and stretch, and into a longer break to recharge after every four. Pause, skip, or stop whenever you need to — the timer stays out of your way otherwise.
★ REVIEW YOUR EFFORT
See your day, week, or month at a glance: focus time, Pomodoros completed, tasks done, and your current streak. Deepday shows you which projects got your attention and when you focus best, so you can plan tomorrow a little better than today.
★ A BACKLOG THAT STAYS OUT OF TODAY
Capture everything that isn't for right now. Search, filter, and group tasks by project so your backlog stays usable instead of turning into a graveyard.
★ MAKE IT YOURS
Choose from five themes — Forest, Ocean, Sunset, Rose, Graphite — in light, dark, or system appearance. Tune focus duration, break length, long-break interval, and your daily Pomodoro goal. Set a daily planning reminder if you want a nudge.
★ YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
Deepday is offline-first. Your tasks, Pomodoro history, and settings are stored as JSON on your device — we don't run a server that holds your data, and we never ask you to create an account. If you want your data on more than one device, connect your own Dropbox: your backup lives in your Dropbox, not on our infrastructure. Export your data as JSON any time, or reset and start fresh.
No account. No servers of ours — just your device, and your own Dropbox if you choose to sync.
