Set up life insurance through them till 80 for a set amount for auto withdrawal for set amount now just got charged 37% more and withdrawl from my checking account that could put me in multiple overdraft fees on small transactions. Customer service and representative never answers phone can't login to account like either app crashed or what. Feels like a scam insurance been paying for years. How could my family claim insurance if anything happened to me if no one answers calls

Crash is fixed with today's update. However text messages for authentication are not going out. Email is being received, and phone number is correct. EDIT: After a few days support was able to get everything up and running. Appreciate the quick response!

I can login use my user name and password at your website dashboard , but at this app shows error when i try to login , "Oops ! Something went wrong please try again "
