About this app

Norbs is a business app for Indian small businesses. It carries two products: BizPal, an AI business assistant that works over chat, voice and WhatsApp, and Merp, a free offline-first billing and inventory app.

Ask in English or your own Indian language - by voice, by photo, or by sending a document. BizPal handles price lists, invoices, catalogues and stock sheets as PDF, Word, Excel, CSV or a photo from your camera, and answers questions about them afterwards.

• Answers come from your own records, not generic advice
• Type or speak, in English or your own language

SHARE WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE
• Photograph a price board, a product, or a bill
• Upload PDF, Word, Excel, CSV or text files
• BizPal reads them and remembers, so you can ask about them later
• Send a photo with a question and get an answer about that photo

KEEP RECORDS WITHOUT FORMS
• Say or type it the way you would say it out loud
• BizPal prepares the entry; nothing saves until you approve it
• Products, prices, stock and units, with fields that suit your trade
• Works for shops, services, repairs, rentals, studios and more

BE FOUND BY NEARBY BUYERS
• Publish a simple page showing what you offer
• Appear when someone nearby searches for what you sell
• Buyers reach you on WhatsApp, and BizPal can answer common questions for you

WORK WITH YOUR TEAM
• Add staff with their own logins
• One shared business conversation, so nothing is lost in personal chats

BizPal is a cloud service. It is free to try, and plans are available in the app.


MERP - FREE OFFLINE BILLING AND INVENTORY

• Voice and text entry for sales, purchases, credit and orders
• Runs its AI on the device, and your Merp data stays on the device
• Billing, inventory with live stock and prices, orders, purchase orders
• Customers, suppliers, and GST-style billing with discounts and totals
• Core workflows keep working in offline or low-network conditions


YOUR DATA

Merp works offline and keeps its data on your device. BizPal is a cloud service, so what you send it is processed and stored securely to answer your questions. You can delete your account and its data from inside the app, or at bizpal.neuralorbs.com/delete-account
