Gave me a message that the app had a bug. Then I started getting notices that I needed to pay or my phone would be locked! The notices were not from the app but after buying a years subscription and not being able to use it, I uninstalled the app and the notices stopped.... please fix this and contact me when it is fixed. I dont have time to contact you. I'll give 5 stars when it's fixed.

So I auto-renewed back in Feb for Premium, but it's not activated in the app. Not much in the way of tech support, just a very basic FAQ. I've sent an email to their contact email account. Hope I get a response soon. Will update this review hopefully very soon with my experience with their support. I'm a digital content coordinator at a major university and was hoping to use Prisma. Let's see what they can do here. No one likes paying for something they don't get. Ball's in your court Prisma.

Used to be a great, simple, reliable, app. It's a shame they overcomplicated everything. Reply to Prisma: Overcomplicated by needing to download filters that are in no way any different than others you may have already installed. Zero categorization options. Thumbnails of the effects are mostly pointless as they do not properly portrait how it will look. Premium has no benefit.
