Neutralink is the neutral fiber optic network that allows providers to grow without CAPEX. We build, operate, and maintain the backbone, the FTTH plant, and the ports — and the provider connects its customers using this network, under its own brand.
This is the operational application of the Neutralink platform, used by the provider's technical and NOC teams to manage the network in the field and in real time:
• FTTH Network — complete map of the fiber plant with CTOs, CEOs, splitters, splices, and cables. View boxes, ports, PONs, and the topology of each point.
• ONU Provisioning — authorize, deauthorize, and track ONUs directly from the street, with control via OLT/PON.
• Monitoring — links and customers online/offline on the map, with PON drop and instability alerts via push notifications.
• Service Orders — track installations, maintenance, and team service calls.
• Clients and contracts — view subscribers connected to the network, plans, and status, searching by name, CPF/CNPJ, login, or contract.
• Financial — view and manage invoices according to each user's permissions.
Several internet service providers already use Neutralink daily. Any internet provider can become a client and use the platform, managing their own clients and team, with permissions by role and by POP.
Neutralink — a neutral network. Connection for everyone.
