En confirmant une commande, vous indiquez désormais le temps de préparation réel via un pavé numérique, avec une note facultative et quatre motifs prédéfinis. Le client reçoit ainsi une estimation fiable au lieu d'une moyenne. Les articles offerts ne sont plus facturés et apparaissent clairement comme « Cadeau » sur le ticket et à l'écran.
