This app is complete trash. New American Funding put the wrong bank account number on my account when I closed, now there are SIX of the same checking account I can choose to pay from, but at least one of them is wrong, and I can't update them in the app. Automatic payments don't show up in the app for days, I can get my password because it says my SSN is wrong. NAF was great during the loan process but actually paying your mortgage will be a nightmare.

Pretty good. One confusion is that it doesn't use the account from the normal web portal (a shame). You must "create" a "new" username/pw to use this app (note: just recreate the exact same username/pw as the web portal). That aside the app is good. The UI is attractively modern. The front screen is wonderful at visualizing your loan. Other interactive screens illustrate the positive effect of early payments. There are payment screens as well I will review later. Currently locked. Loan too new.

Thank you for your feedback Russ C. You are correct that users need to register for a new account in the app. Website accounts are not shared with the mobile app. We apologize for the inconvenience for further assistance please contact us at CustomerCare@NAFinc.com or 800-893-5304.

All of the complains on this app don't seem to apply anymore because it worked perfectly for me. I was able to login, and update my autopay with a couple minutes. Able to review my previous documents as well. Only feature I wish was available were calculators (like extra payment calculator).

Hi, Eric - Thank you for your feedback and we're glad to hear you are enjoying it! if you see the My Home tile and click on the View Home button it will take you to the Save and Invest button. Clicking this button will take you to calculators where you can model extra payments monthly or a lump sum payment and the impact to your overall loan.
