Paid for this app expecting genuine interaction, but the experience appears to be monetized conversations rather than real connections. I requested a refund within 48 hours and did not use the service at all. I contacted support both in-app and via email and received no response. Proceeding with a chargeback due to the service being misleading and not as advertised.

Advertising to connect with humans, but they are very clearly AI bots. Wish I didn't pay $24 before realising! Contacted company for a refund and was told the same as what's advertised 'they are definitely humans', weird that when I go to cancel my subscription, options I can select has one saying 'I feel the connections are AI'. would give zero starts if I could. Used app for less than an hour, installed on my phone for less than 24.

straight up scam. it's just a way of milking money from you. pay a 3 month subscription but then you have to pay again to chat.
