I was mislead when I paid for a subscription and this is completely useless for me. It may work for you but here's what you're buying. The app allows you to connect with their, often unavailable, "professionals". Your subscription buys you points, I got 450 with my subscription, and you can text the professionals using the points. you can also call which burn through more points. Most of the people are never online anyway, except Gio who is very friendly and almost always online. It's not good.

Paid for this app expecting genuine interaction, but the experience appears to be monetized conversations rather than real connections. I requested a refund within 48 hours and did not use the service at all. I contacted support both in-app and via email and received no response. Proceeding with a chargeback due to the service being misleading and not as advertised.

straight up scam. it's just a way of milking money from you. pay a 3 month subscription but then you have to pay again to chat.
