EmoConnect PPG&Motion is an app that connects to wrist-worn EmoConnect measurement devices to collect and store PPG (Photoplethysmography) and movement data. Researchers and experimenters can monitor real-time signals and record experiment and participant information along with events.

1. Real-time monitoring of PPG and 9-axis movement

• View PPG and movement data collected at 50Hz by the EmoConnect device.

• View the signals for each of the three axes—accelerometer, gyroscope, and magnetometer—as graphs.

• Save measured signals as CSV files for use in research and analysis.

2. Connecting experiments and participants for measurement

• Select an experiment and enter participant information to prepare for measurement.

• Save experiment and participant information together in the measurement record.

• Manage data for multiple participants by classifying them by experiment.

3. Recording important moments as events

• Select and record events set for the experiment during measurement. • Records experiment phases or key points, such as rest and walking, along with signal data.

• Utilize recorded events to differentiate measurement intervals and analyze data.

4. Manage Measurement Records at a Glance

• Search by experiment name and participant to view measurement records by date.

• Continuously saves data to a file during measurement.

• If the app closes unexpectedly, you can check the data saved in the file before closing by restarting the app and viewing it in the measurement records.

5. Convenient Web Download via DataHub Integration

• Easily upload data measured and saved in the app to the DataHub platform.

• You can view data by experiment and download necessary measurement files on the DataHub website.

• Data downloaded to a PC can be used for research and analysis.

• Check the upload status of each file within the app to manage transmission.

User Guide

• A compatible EmoConnect device and Bluetooth connection are required for signal measurement.

• Account login and an internet connection are required to use the DataHub integration feature.
