With the current KROOZ® customer's App our users can request RIDE and DELIVERY through KROOZ® mobile apps. Riders can experience exciting features such as: Safe Ride; Stop & Wait; TAG; SOS panic button; Stylish drivers rating system; Friends and Family follow, a unique friends and family follow feature, get notified when a rider board or arrived destination.

KROOZ® has created the unique, innovative, safety TNC app features to enhance its users’ base experience.

When drivers and customers take advantage of the new service and app features, they can experience the following amazing features:

• SAFE RIDE:
This security feature created by KROOZ® is to ensure that riders always enter the right KROOZ® vehicle. When a customer request a ride, the driver accept the ride. When the driver arrived the customer pickup location. A notification is sent to the customer that the driver has arrived, the notification will include a numeric security code number example XXXX

Now when the driver picks up the customer or rider. The rider must give the security code number XXXX received previously to the driver. So, the driver has to enter that security code into his or her KROOZ® Driver's app before able to START THE RIDE.

When the driver clicked START RIDE, the system will prompt him or her to enter the rider security code number. Until the code is entered the ride won't start. And when the code is entered accurately the ride will start and the message "Your security code matched successfully" message will be displayed on both driver and the rider KROOZ® app screen.

• STOP & WAIT:
KROOZ® makes sure the drivers get more satisfied with their income and become more confident in their job. This feature enables the drivers to earn more money when asked by the riders to stop and wait for them during the ride.

• TAG:
KROOZ® is dedicated to delivering their riders with the unique, most convenient and rider-friendly feature ‘TAG’. Now, riders or customers can choose their favorite driver, TAG them, and the service request will be sent to the Tagged Drivers first when they use the App next time.

• SOS:
Safety is one of the primary concerns of KROOZ® that is why they have come up with the SOS feature where a panic button can be pushed by the driver or the rider on the APP to initiate a phone pad that can be use to call for help or Emergency during the ride when needed.

• Meter Style Driver Rating:
KROOZ® sees to it that their riders or customers can participate in improving their services. The meter Style Driver Rating feature that can be move with fingertip enables the riders to rate and review the services provided by the drivers.

• Friends and Family Follow:
KROOZ® made an innovation by adding an extra layer of security for the riders. For emergency and security purpose, Friends and Family Follow feature enable the riders to add contacts from their phone as ride request is generated, and SMS notification is sent to the contact when the rider board or arrive destination.

Ratings and reviews

Mobile controls disallow registration. It requires a profile picture to register. On Android , selecting or taking a photo drops you into a scale image prompt and there's no button to progress, can only go back to previous page. --reply: It did none of those things. Options were camera or gallery. Tried both, no button to save or get out if the prompt besides back(cancel).

The submit button after you select the language is on the bottom directly under the escape tab buttons. Can't even use it. The languages are there but you can't select "submit" on the bottom based on where the submit button is located. Recommend that they get the developer to move it up just a bit. (using Samsung s23)

I couldn't get this app to go any further than verifying my email. I'm thinking this might be a scam... [edit] wow. Immediately to haters and not being helpful is another good way to really show you have a quality app. Also, I did verify. but if you had actually read my review you might have seen that. Awesome. Yeah don't use this. It's not being run professionally at all. Oh, and I can find anything on any website outside of their own about their app. As in no one else has even heard of it.
