Ratings and reviews

Lawyers should know when to hire professionals. The UI/UX is awful. the app doesn't remember where you left off, it just starts the audiobook over from the beginning each time. The audiobook itself is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE - just the LOWEST QUALITY AI narrator ever coded. The audiobook isn't even in order - it skips around within chapters making it nearly impossible to use. Anyone with a conscience should be ashamed to have their name attached to this insult to intelligence.

Just like other reviews have indicated, the "audiobook" was not professionally recorded. It's basically AI screen reader that reads everything as-is, with no human intelligence or even an ounce of editing to make it sound natural. I tried listening to just an introduction chapter, and found that the AI reads through table of contents, and separates the "v" from "[v]ery." It also reads the citation footnotes wherever they appear. This kind of AI slop is certainly not worth what Aspen charges!

The interface is just awful. This is the most glitch ridden app on the market today. You can't save your progress, the timer flat out doesn't work, and you hope the AI bot reads it properly. I think the first iPods from 20 plus years ago had a better system than this one.
