It meticulously detects everything from the Shorts tab, inline shorts in the home feed, Instagram Reels, to mobile browser short-form links.
Since the TikTok app itself is short-form, it is blocked entirely while it is open.
You can still use the rest of the features on YouTube and Instagram, such as watching regular videos, feeds, and DMs.
⏰ Daily Allowed Time & Sleep Blocking
Set your own daily limit for how much short-form content you watch. If you exceed the set time, you will be blocked immediately.
If you set a bedtime, you will be blocked immediately during that time without any grace period.

If installed on a child's device, you can set a Parental PIN to prevent your child from arbitrarily changing the allowed and blocked time settings.
■ How personal information is handled
- The process of determining which content is short-form is handled 100% within the device and is discarded immediately upon determination. It is not transmitted to a server.
- Usage time records and settings are stored only in the device's local storage and disappear when the app is deleted.
- Anonymous product statistics are transmitted only if manually enabled in the settings; the default value is off.
Even in this case, information on which videos or apps were watched is never included.
