About this app

Kürsü is a study tracking application designed for law school graduates preparing for the Judges and Prosecutors Examination (HMGS). It combines a Pomodoro timer, subject tracking, spaced review, and a legal deadline schedule all in one screen. No registration, no ads, no fees.

⏱ POMODORO AND QUESTION COUNTER
• 25 minutes of study, 5 minutes short break, 15 minutes long break
• The counter records which subject and topic you studied
• Question round: counts the number of questions solved depending on the round
• Completed minutes are not lost even if you close the application
• Each round is automatically written to your statistics and weekly ranking

🔁 INTERMITTENT REVIEW: DAYS 1 – 7 – 30
Place the topic you've finished in your review schedule; the application will bring it up on days 1, 7, and 30. This system, based on the forgetting curve, ensures that the topic stays in your mind without having to reread it. You can see at a glance which review falls on which day and which falls on which week.

⏳ TIME LIMITS — 129 LEGAL TIME LIMITS
Time limits are the area that causes the most point loss in the exam. The "Podium" lists 129 time limits compiled from 11 different legal provisions, along with their article basis:
• Code of Civil Procedure, Code of Criminal Procedure, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Turkish Civil Code, Turkish Code of Obligations, Turkish Commercial Code, Administrative Procedure Law, Labor Law, Tax Law, Constitution, and Attorneys' Law
• Each entry includes the value of the time limit, when it started running, the relevant law article, and a note about frequently confused exceptions.
• Appeal, forfeiture, statute of limitations, and procedural time limits are separated by colored badges.
• Find appeal, cassation, objection, complaint, and lawsuit filing deadlines in seconds.
• Filter by law, sort by time limit.
📊 STATISTICS AND DAILY GOALS
• Daily and weekly total study time, number of questions solved, and number of Pomodoros completed.
• Set separate daily goals for minutes, questions, and Pomodoros.
• Study series: shows how many days you have studied without interruption.
• Daily Tracking card with a to-do list for that day.
• Counter history: how many minutes spent on each topic on each day. You have set aside

🏆 WEEKLY LEAGUE
Join the weekly ranking with your nickname. See the pace of other candidates, measure your own work. The ranking resets every week; even those who start late stay in the race. The live banner on the main page shows how many candidates are working at that moment.

💬 PLATFORM — CANDIDATE FORUM
Ask questions, explain topics, recommend resources, share your motivation. Posts are separated by subject tags, so you can quickly find the discussion you are looking for. Community rules, complaint and blocking tools, and a profanity filter keep the environment clean.

🔒 PRIVACY: NO REGISTRATION, NO ADS, NO TRACKING
• Name, email, phone number are not requested; your account is created anonymously upon initial creation.
• No ads are displayed, no ad ID is read, no analytics or tracking SDKs are used.
• Location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, and gallery are not accessed; • The application does not request these permissions at all.
• Data is stored on European Union (Frankfurt) servers, encrypted throughout the transmission.
• You can permanently delete your data and account with a single touch from within the application.

Judicial and administrative judgeship exam (HMGS) candidates, final year law school students and graduates, and all legal professionals who want to keep track of their study schedule.

The application is entirely in Turkish, designed for vertical screens, and works with an internet connection. The application is free; there are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

This application is not affiliated with the Ministry of Justice, ÖSYM, the Turkish Justice Academy, or any other official institution; it is an independent study tracking tool. The application does not contain official exam questions; course and topic headings and deadlines are compiled from current legislation.
