While our family does enjoy many of the products, quality has deteriorated while prices have continued to increase. We have found bits of plastic in the Creekstone grass fed ground beef and have had many poor experiences when this has replaced Oregon Country/ Carmen Ranch grass fed beef. Some of the salmon has been full of bones and/or had an unpleasant taste.We have also found that the fruit and other produce often rots quickly. Now we mostly shop elsewhere for fresh produce and deli meat.

deceptive business practices, price gouging, lack of support for employees. the very sign on the front of their business "locally owned and operated" is a lie, they are owned by a Korean company. take your business elsewhere.

I don't like grocery shopping this way. It's expensive with fees and tips. I want to pick out my own produce. But I have Covid, so I can't go around the public. Wish I could get my senior discount online. Oh well. Small price to pay I guess. Don't want to risk infecting people. I love shopping New Seasons no matter how I have to do it. The app was easy to use.
