when it asked which country issued my ID, why isn't USA (in any form eg. America, USA, United States of America) an option? When i verified my phone number it did have United States of America as an option (country code +1) & I verified it. So when it asked which country issued my ID, why isn't USA an option? They also don't have USD available either, which is really annoying. I have to uninstall it bc I can't use it.

Transfer was instantly delivered with no delay. unfortunately, since December 2025, I've not been able to log into my account, I've contacted the team with several emails, nothing has been done.

Customer service is horrible. You can never get a hold of them when you need them. You do not get a response to emails directed at their customer service and even when they respond to chats online, it takes forever to get to an agent
