There's no response when SOS messages to your support team. It's looks as if nobody is on the other to act on email messages when there is urgency. If you have manpower issues, please use AI. It's frustrating not getting response to messages sent. I'll give you a second chance

I use many transfer apps and so I try to compare rates before sending money. simless consistently gives the best rates amongst the ones I tried including Lemfi. the transfer goes through without hitch.... no charges. .... reliable and assured transfer service. keep it up please.

Disappointing experience I used SimlessPay because my previous transfers were successful, but my latest transfer on 22 August 2026 failed and my money is still unresolved. What has been most frustrating is receiving different explanations from different customer service agents. As of 24 August, I still don't have a clear answer about where my money is or when it will be returned.
