This is for the tech team. I clicked on one of the Popular Topics and loaded an article which had a video at the top. The subtitles for the video were underneath the overlay giving credit to Getty Images in the bottom right and Newsweek in the bottom left. The video only had music so the subtitles were the only way to take in the content. Perhaps move the subtitles higher or minimize the overlay. I did not see anyway to report bugs or issues on the app. Otherwise having a great experience.

When I run across Newsweek stories on the Web, the stories are well written and informative. However, when I use the Newseek app, I see mostly opinion pieces and those are straight garbage. Therefore, the app isn't putting your best foot forward.

Very frustrating. So many popups are just irritating. Get rid of them.
