A place of public gathering was facing serious challenges in managing large crowds, interviews especially during peak times. The manual token system in use led to confusion, delays, and inefficiencies in managing the flow of visitors.
To address these issues, we developed the Queue Manager, a software solution consisting of a desktop application and a mobile app. This system streamlined queue operations, improved visitor experience, and gave staff greater flexibility in managing crowd flow.
