I love eat n park but sadly this new app just doesn't work well. Never remembers what you have in the cart. If you click to check the coupon tab and go back to your order everything is gone. Also always defaults to your preferred location which is nice but causes a lot of issues when you try to order from another location. The app wouldn't let me order from the location in natrona heights at all. Said I couldn't pick up until morning which caused me to lose out on an online coupon.

App is fine for pickup, but not for delivery. Tracker barely works and there's no way to get support if there is a problem. I had a delivery that never showed and had to call the store, where they had no idea what was going on. Eventually got a refund.

Where did the grilled cheese with bacon go, it is no longer on the menu?
