Most of the features of the app are alright, I guess. I like the points store to an extent I just wish there was more to choose from. instead of being equivalent to the website the items on offer are a shirt, hoodie, pair of glasses, and a selection of stickers. Since the recent app update the Update icon has completely disappeared thus there's no way for me to even check if there's been an update for the bike. Their bikes are fantastic but the app needs a lot of work

The app is useless. 1/ Keeps sending false notifications that the bike has moved. 2/ Navigation doesn't work and stops as soon as I put the phone in the pocket. 3/ The community thing - no way to delete a post (despite reporting). 4/ The UI may look good, but the UX is horrible, with literally no way to figure out where to find settings. 5/ The lock is useless, it doesn't prevent physical motion - if someone just cut the wire, they will steal the bike without any trouble. Overall - a big gimmick

I don't care about most of the features in this app, but... I have the Carbon 1 Pro (love it), and the battery level is only updated when first connecting to Bluetooth. If I want to see the current level, I have to disconnect and reconnect the Bluetooth. PLEASE FIX. Update: I discovered that the APP WON"T OPEN IF THERE'S NO NETWORK!! Idiots. I need the Bluetooth features all the time - especially since the fingerprint sensor is so flaky. Great bike, bad app.
