I don't care about most of the features in this app, but... I have the Carbon 1 Pro (love it), and the battery level is only updated when first connecting to Bluetooth. If I want to see the current level, I have to disconnect and reconnect the Bluetooth. PLEASE FIX. Update: I discovered that the APP WON"T OPEN IF THERE'S NO NETWORK!! Idiots. I need the Bluetooth features all the time - especially since the fingerprint sensor is so flaky. Great bike, bad app.

Seems like the app is not working anymore. It can not update a location of a bike on a map, remote turning on is also not working (just says "the device is not online"). When connected by Bluetooth – it shows invalid battery level. Support chat is also not working, it says "compete the account first", but there are no incomplete fields in the account form. Really disappointed :(

This bike is the biggest scam( do not buy it!) issues from day one, horrible customer service been months back and forth with no fixing the problem and the. bike is not working after all the money spent! DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE
