About this app

Offly puts a friendly pause between you and the apps that eat your day. Set a daily goal, forge Shields around distracting apps and meet Olie, a periwinkle owl who cheers every win and naps when your day is done.

Shields for every kind of day
• Lock: keep apps shielded until you choose to unlock.
• Schedule: shield apps at set times, like evenings or work hours.
• Limit: give an app a daily allowance.
• Habit: open apps after a small habit, like a stretch or a glass of water.
• Focus: a timed session. Tap Olie in the middle tab for Quick Focus.

A pause, not a punishment
Open a shielded app and Olie is there with the Shield screen. Stay offline, or unlock with a short challenge: breathe with Olie, tell Olie why, retype a line, hold the ring and more. Every Shield has a dignified way out, and Emergency pause is always free.

Honest numbers
Home shows the time you won against your own baseline, your pickups and an hourly chart. Tag apps "Worth it?" and see which ones you were glad you opened.

A game you'll actually enjoy
Earn Feathers and level up. Keep a Moon streak that rests on a hard day instead of breaking, and wakes again when you do one small thing. Daily quests, Eggs with visible odds, badges and a wardrobe for Olie's Nest. Every cosmetic is earned, never bought.

Flock, if you like
Start a small group with friends. The scoreboard ranks how far each person is below their own baseline, so everyone starts from where they are. Send cheers, join optional weekly leagues or ask a friend to be your Emergency Buddy. Your minutes stay private unless you choose to share them.

Private by design
• No account and no sign-in.
• Your data stays on your phone.
• No ads, no analytics, no tracking.
• Flock is optional and uses an anonymous ID.
Offly does not back up your data, so export a copy from Settings whenever you like.

Calm when you need it
Calm mode turns off confetti, flights and sounds. Animations follow your system settings, and every celebration can be skipped.

Offly Plus
Free forever: 1 Lock and 1 more Shield, up to 3 apps per Shield and 6 unlock methods. Insights, Flock, Emergency pause, streaks and every cosmetic are always free.
Plus adds up to 10 Shields of each kind, unlimited apps, Strict Mode, and photo, Trusted keeper, QR scan and mirror unlocks. Choose Monthly, Yearly with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in your local currency by Google Play, and a one-time reduced Lifetime price may be offered once in the app. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play, Payments and subscriptions.

Permissions, plainly
Offly uses Usage Access to see which app is open and for how long, "Display over other apps" to show the Shield screen, and a small ongoing notification so Shields keep working in the background. Usage information stays on your phone. Offly does not use an Accessibility Service.

Good to know
Offly is a soft block: you can always switch off its access in Settings, and Offly can't stop that. It's a self-help tool, not medical advice, and it can't promise results.
