About this app

NEWYES app is developed to fit the Newyes smart stations. It is specially used with Newyes SyncPen smartpen set, which can realize the conversion between the paper writing effect and digital transformation.
Newyes notebooks use regular paper printed with a unique pattern of tiny micro-dots. The smartpen's high‐speed infrared camera reads the dot pattern, and the pen turns everything you write into digital text, converting your hand-written notes and hand-drawn doodles and sketches into editable digital files.

my notes some how moved from one folder to another and now I can't get the back where I had them originally. And it takes forever for my notes to upload when I open a page. I've even lost a page that I didn't delete and can't find it anywhere. there no tutorials on the features for situations like this. it use to be good, now it's become frustrating and I worry about losing more of my notes. this product isn't worth the price.

when I am opening the app it shows to put your gmail then otp will get there so I tried several times with different accounts but it still didn't work .Pls fix this issue ASAP.

overall I like the app its pretty easy to figure out and everything Transfers really well, but I've got kinda of a major problem where if one page/ drawing has a lot of ink used or a lot of space taken up after I've drawn and trying to reopen it it just goes blank and the app full on crashes no matter how many times I try, I've had this problem with all of my larger doodles so far
