About this app

NEWYES app is developed to fit the Newyes smart stations. It is specially used with Newyes SyncPen smartpen set, which can realize the conversion between the paper writing effect and digital transformation.
Newyes notebooks use regular paper printed with a unique pattern of tiny micro-dots. The smartpen's high‐speed infrared camera reads the dot pattern, and the pen turns everything you write into digital text, converting your hand-written notes and hand-drawn doodles and sketches into editable digital files.

my notes some how moved from one folder to another and now I can't get the back where I had them originally. And it takes forever for my notes to upload when I open a page. I've even lost a page that I didn't delete and can't find it anywhere. there no tutorials on the features for situations like this. it use to be good, now it's become frustrating and I worry about losing more of my notes.

when I am opening the app it shows to put your gmail then otp will get there so I tried several times with different accounts but it still didn't work .Pls fix this issue ASAP.

The app simply doesn't work. I purchased the Smart note product logged in then the app informed me that "my Notes couldn't synced because the app has a bug and I have to wait the developer to fix it". I tried to send them a report through the app but didn't allow me to attach a photo. I tried to uninstall and install the app but I can't log any more!
