About this app

NexBorg Access is the access-control part of the NexBorg HRMS solution. It connects your organisation's biometric terminals to your phone, so the people who run the place can see who came in, manage access and act on the spot.

Your organisation sets up NexBorg Access and invites you. Sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code; there is no separate password.

FOR ADMINS AND MANAGERS
• Live entry log: who came in, through which door and when, as it happens
• Open a door remotely from your phone
• People and access: see who can use which terminal, and change it
• Terminals: check that every device is online
• Reports on daily attendance, late arrivals and denied entries

FOR STAFF
• Mark your attendance from the app where your organisation allows it, with a selfie and location check
• See your own attendance history
• Team leads approve requests from their team

FOR SCHOOLS, GYMS AND FRONT DESKS (when your organisation uses them)
• Student arrival and departure, with notifications to parents
• Gym members' check-ins
• Visitors and their passes

NexBorg Access is for organisations that use NexBorg. If your organisation hasn't invited you yet, ask your administrator.

What's new in 1.2.0
• Delete your account at More, then Delete account. It takes effect 15 days later, and signing in before then cancels it.
• If your number isn't part of an organisation yet, the app now tells you to ask your admin or HR for an invitation.
• Managers get a notice when a member deletes their account.
