Bitta Pro is a work app for specialists connected to the Bitta platform.

Receive new orders, manage work status, view client information, and navigate to the service location.

Bitta Pro features:

• Change the status of the work;
• Record the start and end of the work;
• Upload a photo of the result;
• View active and completed orders;
• Manage your work profile;
• Contact the client and support.

When a specialist activates work status, the app can use precise geolocation, including in the background. This is necessary for finding the nearest specialist, assigning orders, navigation, and displaying the service progress.

Background tracking stops after work status is deactivated. Access to geolocation and notifications can be changed in the device settings.

To use Bitta Pro, you need a verified Bitta platform specialist account.
