About this app

exoObra is the construction materials calculator designed for the Argentinian market. Ideal for self-builders, construction foremen, contractors, and anyone who wants to know how much material they need before going to the building supply store.

WHAT CAN YOU CALCULATE?

- Foundations and leveling — footings, foundation beams, and leveling wall with waterproofing layer
- Walls and partitions — common brick, 12mm and 18mm hollow brick, with tie columns included
- Subfloors and screeds — with choice of aggregate and optional leveling layer
- Roofs and coverings — metal sheeting with C-profile or wood, and prestressed joist slabs
- Plastering — interior and exterior with waterproofing layer
- Wall coverings and flooring — per complete room or by square meter (manual application)
- Paints — interior and exterior latex paint with primer and filler

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Enter the measurements, choose the type of work, and NexoObra will give you the exact list of materials with theoretical and recommended quantities (+10% for construction allowance). Everything is ready to take to the building supply store.
