With SIIWORK, both companies and candidates can create and share short 50-second videos, facilitating a more personal and direct interaction before accessing the full resume.
The platform allows companies to efficiently find talent using advanced filters and offers candidates the ability to receive job opening notifications based on their location.

How does SIIWORK work?
For businesses:

1. Register: Create your profile and upload a video introducing yourself or your company.
2. Filter your searches: Use filters by sector, category, availability, location, and more.
3. View candidate videos: As many as you want, you will not pay anything to view.
4. Contact: Tell a candidate you like.
5. Conecta (SII): When doing SII, you will pay a fee to access all of your candidate's documentation. Until then you don't pay anything.

For candidates:

1. Register: Create your profile and upload an entertaining video introducing yourself.
2. Complete your profile: Include your CV, DNI or NIE, and social security number.
3. Filter your searches: Use filters by sector, category, availability, location, and more.
4. View company videos: Yes, you will be able to see the companies that are looking for you.

6. Connect (SII): When both do "SII", the employer pays a fee and accesses all the candidate's documentation.
