App has been improving but there's still no delivery option. I work in KL city centre. You can't find a Gigi Coffee nearby my work place in walking distance unless you work nearby a shopping centre. I feel like I lose a lot of points/benefits from ordering grab/shoppee than ordering from the app. It would be great to have delivery options from grab so users will continue using the app more EDIT: Yeah, no. I'd rather go to Zus or other coffee chain than use the app and add on delivery just for it

Previously Gigi coffee's biggest advantage was their loyalty programme. I still remember few years ago I bought 7 latte and straight away can use to collected points to redeem extra latte. But now Gigi Coffee degraded the points, until I will need to buy 30 latte in order to get enough points to redeem extra one. I am a team leader and sometimes will treat my team members to have a cup of coffee. Since Gigi degraded the loyalty programme that much, I will definitely switch to other coffee brands

the loyalty program getting worthless and worthless. They keep on reducing the points value, until i can't find a reason to continue to consume gigi to collect points. Going to uninstall it. Many more coffee choices out there with much better offers.
