App has been improving but there's still no delivery option. I work in KL city centre. You can't find a Gigi Coffee nearby my work place in walking distance unless you work nearby a shopping centre. I feel like I lose a lot of points/benefits from ordering grab/shoppee than ordering from the app. It would be great to have delivery options from grab so users will continue using the app more EDIT: Yeah, no. I'd rather go to Zus or other coffee chain than use the app and add on delivery just for it

the worst barista service in gigi coffee aman central. tell me to put buy 1 free 1 voucher that i bought in tng for rm10 into the app, end up i have to pay again RM10. I feel scammed by gigi coffee. Also, emailed to support, after 3 hours no reply at all. In the end RM20 for two lattes... Where is the BUY 1 FREE 1 ????
