My experience with this app has been very disappointing. The app doesn’t work properly, they’re out of prepaid cards, and there’s no way to reach customer support—no phone, no email, and no response on their only social media channel, Instagram. The app claims it can delete the account within two days, but nothing happened. When I asked for help in a comment on one of their Instagram posts, they deleted my comment and removed me from their followers. Completely unprofessional.

The app is very easy to deal with and also explains a lot of details inside about fees, withdrawal and deposit from ATMs.... etc. And how to deal with the app itself by answering all the questions I would ask and linking all my different bank cards!! It's really cool 😎. I see the future is Nexta👌🏻 I can ask for money from my family or my friends just by sending a request and also I can track my requests, a lot of great features so excited to explore more and more about it.

My account is locked due to failing attempts more than once . I am sure i entered the correct codes every time . I can't find any way to contact nexta customer service except the messages that fail to reach them and give me every time that something wrong has happened ..
