The app is glitching. I'm facing a persistent login issue with my account. Despite multiple attempts, I'm unable to access my account due to Continuous Email needs verification" prompts and Failure to receive the (OTP) after selecting verification. I've submitted a support request previously, but haven't received a response. I'd appreciate assistance resolving this issue.

2 most important things are not functioning. 1st, not a single time did I manage to book an appointment as per slots and locations I selected in the app. Slots are there just randomly. Every single time I got cancelation and had to book directly with hospital. 2nd, app sends notification when prescriptions are ready but doesn't lead to the prescription. By clicking on notification only home page opens and you need to dig to look for prescription. I just wait for mail now.

there isn't a search by location option in the app. most insurance covered facilities are literally on the other side of the planet although I know for sure there are close ones to home, but I can't find them because there isn't a search by location option.
