Ratings and reviews

Functionality is great, simple to use. However quite slow at times. Also while submitting claims, it would be useful if it could show the document on clicking it or at least show the name of the document to make it easy to confirm right document is uploaded. When asking for feedback on claim experience, it doesn't show comments to be added for high ratings at least even though the field does show.

It's very difficult to use this app. When I search for hospitals, I put my location as a filter so that I can see the hospitals in my city only. But it shows results from all the cities and even from other countries as well. Another problem with the app is that I can't search for a doctor by selecting his specialized field. Totally useless app.

I hate this app so much that I will change insurance network next year. The UI is just so slow for a simple check. List of facilities is not the same with manual. Some facilities I've visited not even listed in the app. Waste of time.
