The app is glitching. I'm facing a persistent login issue with my account. Despite multiple attempts, I'm unable to access my account due to Continuous Email needs verification" prompts and Failure to receive the (OTP) after selecting verification. I've submitted a support request previously, but haven't received a response. I'd appreciate assistance resolving this issue.

app has many issues, loading issue, stuck in middle of use, session time-out issues, when finding some facility unable to change selection of city, also too much slow in working while working normal. user needs to open and close many times to do the required.

I can't complete the medical order. I need to deliver my medication. I repeat the process many times: upload the medicine and card photo, provide the address, and everything goes smoothly until the final step, where it keeps counting and loading forever.
