The app is glitching. I'm facing a persistent login issue with my account. Despite multiple attempts, I'm unable to access my account due to Continuous Email needs verification" prompts and Failure to receive the (OTP) after selecting verification. I've submitted a support request previously, but haven't received a response. I'd appreciate assistance resolving this issue.

The worst app ever. You guys are not even checking if your app is working or not. The service provider list is not loading. I can't even book an appointment without that. Also everything is very slow and the old interface. Customer care is at worst and very slow. Even if the 1 star rating is too much for them I will only give negative stars if there is an option. Please kindly look forward to these issues immediately.

I renewed my policy again but getting the same issue every year. Policy cant be found when i tried to manually link it. why dont you just automatically link the policy after renewal? every year this is my problem. I have to send an email or enquiry every single year of renewal EDIT: 2 days have passsed and no one ever contacted me. I emailed the member care team but as per them they can't contact me. I dunno who's number they're calling as I never see any missed call from orient or nextcare.
