You need to adjust on the interface and make it a proper analysis chessboard instead of a mere board editor. The engine should constantly and automatically draw arrows on the board for both sides without clicking any buttons. The user should also define how many lines the engine should present. Check other analysis chess apps like "chessis" and "lichess" and see how it is done. If you address these issues, I will update this review to 5 stars. Thanks

I purchased NCM PRO, accidentally uninstalled the app and when I went back to it, couldn't figure out how to sign in, emailed the dev, and very shortly after received a very nice email from Chad who perfectly worded how to get around the issue I was experiencing, honestly didn't expect such a quick reply, it's a great app with exceptional customer service. 10*s out of 5. It's perfect for anyone who has increased their rating and don't know how to deal with certain threats. I love the mv option.

Good app and very strong engine once you use the dev build but it leaves me baffled as to why the free website version is almost just as strong even with less thinking time. And when I use the website dev build it's stronger than the app—Weird. They can do a couple things to improve my experience: 1) allow customizability of the board& peices. 2) Skrink the size of the board by default or have an option for it —this is so we can use the app in split screen mode. 3)have more engine options.
