Riders are responsible for:

• Transporting orders with care and attention, avoiding damage or loss;
• Delivering orders to customers on time and in the manner specified;
• Responding to customer requests in a polite and courteous manner;
• Following the instructions of NextDelivery.uk and partner merchants.
Loss and damage policy:
Once the rider collects the order, they are fully responsible for its care and attention.
Sanctions:
Failure to comply with the rules and guidelines established in this policy may result in the following sanctions:
• Warning;
• Temporary suspension of the account;
