Awkwardly difficult to use. 50% of the time, the camera you want to view goes offline, or the app can't find the footage you want. At the time I needed to expedite the install for four different cameras in four different locations. Easily the worst, most unreliable combination of cameras and software I've ever used, and seems you can't hook up the cameras to an existing NVR either, so they're worth nothing to me. Don't waste your time.

I have had issues with NO CONNECTION INTERNET for several days, uninstalled Nextech Smartcam reset modem etc etc etc.......then a tech from the retail store where I purchased the WIFI security camera told me to use an app called Netsee. Works perfectly, picked up all the cameras and settings, but it appears that I can't see the history prior to the last few days. Not a problem for me, just starting afresh.

Absolutely rubbish. seems as though the app was a second thought, after designing the camera. took almost one day to setup and connect the camera, and aborted. using Android 11 on 3 different phones' very poor software and no option to attach with a laptop. Probably too late to advise you not to buy the camera IT CANNOT BE SETUP...
