Awkwardly difficult to use. 50% of the time, the camera you want to view goes offline, or the app can't find the footage you want. At the time I needed to expedite the install for four different cameras in four different locations. Easily the worst, most unreliable combination of cameras and software I've ever used, and seems you can't hook up the cameras to an existing NVR either, so they're worth nothing to me. Don't waste your time.

I have had issues with NO CONNECTION INTERNET for several days, uninstalled Nextech Smartcam reset modem etc etc etc.......then a tech from the retail store where I purchased the WIFI security camera told me to use an app called Netsee. Works perfectly, picked up all the cameras and settings, but it appears that I can't see the history prior to the last few days. Not a problem for me, just starting afresh.

Worked once. Then never worked again. I've tried reset, over n over. Camera won't link connect to ph. While trying to sync, it saying " wifi is now connected". I already signed into wifi. The qr code sticker was damaged when I bought it. And the numerical code to sign in manually, in on same damaged sticker. So that option is out. Store I bought it from, had no trouble,but wouldn't work when I got home. Shouldn't be so hard to sync!.:(
