About this app

Nextech is the staff app for everyone working at Nextech — the tasks assigned to you, the projects you are part of, and the meetings in your week, all in one place and always current.

Sign in with your registered mobile number and the app opens on your day: what needs doing, what is running late, where your projects stand, and who you are meeting next.

YOUR TASKS, CLEARLY LAID OUT
See every task assigned to you with its status, deadline and progress at a glance. Search the list, or cut it down with a tap — urgent, overdue, in progress, on hold, completed. Open a task for the full picture: the brief, the checklist, the photos, the people on it, and every update filed against it so far.

REPORT PROGRESS IN SECONDS
Filing an update takes one sheet, without leaving the task. Slide the progress, choose the status, add a note on where things stand. Tick checklist items off as you go. Your update reaches everyone following the task straight away.

THE TASKS THAT MATTER MOST
Flag any task and it joins your priority list — your own shortlist of what needs attention, kept apart from everything else and waiting on your dashboard when you open the app.

PROJECTS, START TO FINISH
Follow the projects you are part of, sorted and filtered however suits you. Each project opens onto its progress, its plan stage by stage, the team behind it, and the tasks sitting under every stage. Track the ones you want to keep an eye on and they stay on your dashboard.

MEETINGS, END TO END
Your schedule laid out day by day, with each meeting's time, place, project and status. Schedule a meeting from your phone — set the time, build the agenda, invite who needs to be there. Then write it up while it is still fresh: walk the agenda, record who attended, capture the decisions, and add the action items people agreed to. Those become real actions the moment you save, so nothing agreed in a meeting gets lost on the way out of the room.

COMPANY UPDATES
Announcements come to you, and stay somewhere you can read back through them. Your dashboard carries the numbers that matter, with company-wide totals a tap away.

NOTIFICATIONS THAT TAKE YOU THERE
Get told when a task is assigned to you, when someone updates a task or project you are on, when you are added to a project, and when an announcement goes out. Tap any of them and the app opens on exactly that task, project or meeting.

YOUR PROFILE
Your details in one card, with a QR code colleagues can scan to save your contact.

Nextech is available to Nextech employees. Sign in with the mobile number registered with the company and a one-time code sent by SMS.
