It's not a ride-hailing app. You continue using Uber and 99 normally, and Ao Seu Lado stays by your side, like a co-pilot: it reads each offer and tells you instantly if it's worthwhile.
Driving and deciding at the same time is difficult: the offer appears, disappears in a few seconds, and you need to consider the price, distance, and time while driving. Ao Seu Lado Driver does this calculation for you and notifies you by voice, so you can keep your eyes on the road.
WHAT IT DOES
• Reads each Uber and 99 offer and compares it to your criteria: R$ per km, R$ per hour, minimum fare, distance to the passenger, time, and passenger rating.
• Notifies you by voice and displays a color screen: Excellent, Good, Fair, or Poor.
• Accepts or rejects for you, always following your rules (optional automation).
• Automatically rejects rides with stops and rides to the city center, if you want.
• Saves the history and a screenshot of each ride, for you to check later.
NEW FEATURES
• Unlimited destination setting: accepts only rides that go to your destination, as many times as you want per day. You can save destinations with names, such as "Home".
• Define region: draw on the map where you want to work, and rides that end outside of it will be rejected.
• Basic or advanced calculation: start simple, without weights, and adjust as needed.
Use it free for 7 days with everything unlocked. Then, choose the plan that suits you.
ABOUT ACCESSIBILITY PERMISSION
To do this, the app uses the Android Accessibility Service (AccessibilityService). This is how the app:
- detects when a ride-hailing app is open on the screen, and only then starts reading;
- reads the value, distances, and category of the offer that appeared;
- taps the accept or reject button for you, when you enable this option.
What the app DOES NOT do with this permission: it does not change your phone settings, it does not prevent you from uninstalling anything, it does not alter ride-hailing apps or communicate with their servers, and it does not record calls. The passenger's name never leaves your phone. When the app cannot read an offer, it may send the offer's numbers (price, distance, and time), without identifying anyone, to improve readability. In Set Destination and Set Region, the destination address of the ride is consulted on the Google map to determine its location.
This permission is disabled by default. The app explains the reason and asks for your authorization before enabling it, and you can disable it at any time in Settings > Accessibility. Without it, the app continues to open normally for you to adjust your criteria and view your history.
The app also requests permission to read the screen image, used in cases where the offer does not display the text in another way.
Co-pilot for Uber and 99: reads each offer and gives voice feedback on whether it's worthwhile.
