his app is for SmartSuite Core Banking Software users. You can switch SmartSuite on Auto-Pilot mode and use the SmartApp to perform 95% of the tasks they do in the Banking hall and offices. Customers enjoy self service features from SmartSuite using preset procedures and business rules. With SmartApp, your phone is your Account. In this release , the following features have been Incorporated:- Customers can Query their balances, they can request for Mini statement, Full statement sent to their email addresses in PDF format, transact at Sacco Agencies, Deposit directly from their mobile wallets to the loans, savings products, shares etc, withdraw from there deposits in the Sacco to their mobile wallets, apply for loans, request for guarantors via the app, approval of guarantor requisitions, loan processing and approval by the Credit Committee members from their phones among other functionalities.
