1. Maintenance downtime is too often and too long 12H+ 2. PTO accrual system is awful, it's not automatic, someone has to always manually adjust hours, it's a mess, I have to manually track my hours and verify them. 3. Impossible to separate Heath accounts (like FSA) personal email notifications from the work emails, so all heath info goes to the work email.

Update: since using this app for a while, it's still featureless and pretty basic. also, incredibly annoying that when I search 'nextep' in my apps this doesn't come up. naming probably wasn't well thought out. nextep is also still terrible. the one star review remains justified. This app, and the website, seem really featureless and not very useful compared to other competitors in the space. definitely could use some improvements.

Frequently doesn't load at all, frequently doesn't register clock in and clock outs, doesn't display if you have successfully clocked in or clocked out. I mean it has one main function which is to handle employees clocking in and clocking out and it doesn't handle it so well so...
