Saloon Staff is the day-to-day app for stylists, therapists and salon team
members. Open it in the morning to see who is booked in with you, work through
the day from your own timeline, and check exactly what you have earned — without
crowding around the front-desk screen.

This app is for staff at salons that use the Saloon platform. Your salon creates
your account and you sign in with your salon's domain plus your work email, so
you only ever see your own schedule, your own clients and your own earnings.

YOUR BOOKINGS
• Today, upcoming and past appointments assigned to you, in one list
• Client name, services booked and the time slot at a glance
• Tap any booking for the full detail: client phone and email, booking notes,
every service in the appointment, and the total
• Update a booking as you go — start it when the client sits down, mark it
complete when you are finished
• In-salon and home-service appointments are clearly marked, so you know when
you are travelling
• Push notification the moment a new appointment lands in your day

YOUR SHIFT AND YOUR TIME
• Today's shift hours and scheduled breaks, front and centre
• An hour-by-hour timeline of your day: appointments, breaks and the slots that
are still open for booking
• Your working days for the week ahead, with days off marked
• Upcoming approved leave and salon holidays, so nothing is a surprise
• Apply for leave from your phone and follow the request through to approval

An account from your salon is required to use this app. If your salon has not
set you up yet, or you have forgotten your sign-in details, contact your salon
administrator or manager — they can create and reset staff accounts from the
salon dashboard.
