Ratings and reviews

Everything about Nextiva is a nightmare. Everything looks good on paper, but the product is glitchy, and the service is atrocious. The sales team is always available to get you set up, but service is another story altogether. Save yourself the headache and use Ring Central. The product is better, and so is the service - by a wide margin.

I switched to Nextiva right before they changed platforms to this app, so when they did a demonstration, they showed me the old app that is no longer available. The old app worked great. This one is riddled with bugs. I've had nothing but problems with calls and call notifications, not to mention many previously available features just haven't been added yet. Nextiva should have waited for the app to be ready before releasing it. Massive waste of money and time for my company.

Old issue was fixed, but continue to have new issues. Sometimes phone calls don't actually come through. Other times, if they do the phone rings once before it stops so it may not even be heard. Rarely actually gives notifications that a call has been missed. Unreliable.

What's new

Fixes:
- Nextiva App can now have customized ringtone for calls and text messaging
- The recent contact searches are stored and accessible for use
- Contact import shows a summary
- Certain missing caller IDs on incoming calls are working now
- Draft messages will be stored for later use
