Simple CRM keeps the whole job in one place — the customer, the work, what it cost you and what you are still owed.
It is built around the customer, not a list of jobs. Open someone up and you see what they owe, what is booked in, every project you have run for them and the whole history, without hunting through four screens to find it.
WHAT IT DOES
• Customers — phone, email, service addresses, gate codes and access notes, and a running timeline of everything that has happened.
• Projects and jobs — a project holds the jobs that make it up, with photos, notes and a checklist. Tick jobs off as you finish them.
• Estimates — build a quote from your price book, send it, and turn it into real scheduled work in one tap. Every line item becomes a job.
• Invoices — roll a finished project into one invoice with your tax rate and payment terms applied. Record part payments as they arrive; the balance is always what is actually outstanding.
• Costs and margin — log materials, subcontractors, permits and disposal against a project and see the margin, not just the price.
• Schedule — a day view of what is booked, with the address and the customer.
• Price book — the charges you raise over and over, set up for your trade so the first quote is not a blank page.
BUILT FOR THE VAN
Everything is stored on your phone and works with no signal — a basement, a crawl space, a site with no bars. There is no account to create and nothing to sign into.
SET UP IN A MINUTE
Tell it your business name and how you bill, pick your trade, and it lays down a starter price book for HVAC, electrical, plumbing or general contracting. Prefer to look around first? Load a sample business and clear it out when you are done.
EARLY DAYS
This is a young app and your data lives on this device only. There is no cloud backup yet, so please do not use it as the only record of anything you cannot afford to lose. Tell us what gets in your way — that is what these first releases are for.
Customers, jobs, estimates and invoices for contractors. Works fully offline.
