Utter trash. It only told me half the time when we had an actual shortage and then what I really wanted to use it for is to deactivate my router from my phone. Doesn't work. It keeps saying the router is deactivated or there's an error. (There was no problems with my router) I can't look at what's connected to my router. Utterly frustrating. And this was after having weeks of trouble even logging into the thing.

In a support chat on my phone my input box only shows the first line of my message. I can't see to edit or correct until after I hit the send button. I'd rate the app better if I could see what I'm sending in support chat before I send it

This app lies about outages, makes you fill out a long 'service ticket' form, then refuses to let you submit it. These guys are clowns. If they gave the slightest of damns about their customers, they would just delete it from this app marketplace. But clearly they don't give a damn because its still here with 2 star rating.
