Utter trash. It only told me half the time when we had an actual shortage and then what I really wanted to use it for is to deactivate my router from my phone. Doesn't work. It keeps saying the router is deactivated or there's an error. (There was no problems with my router) I can't look at what's connected to my router. Utterly frustrating. And this was after having weeks of trouble even logging into the thing.

ISPs should not be this low tech! This app used to allow router control, now it sends you to a Nokia wifi app. Tech support said if you have a Nokia router you can change things in that app. I don't have one of those. There is no way that I will contact tech support every time I want to change something or look at something. Yet their website directs you to this app for everything.

This app is absolutely trash!!! I can't pay my bill. none of the billing buttons work. every other button works EXCEPT the billing option. I need to make a payment, it's after hours and I can't. this is insane.
