Would give 5 stars, but the app attempts to lock the door due to the auto lock timer, even when the door is already locked. It warms you that batteries are low every week. I check the app and it shows low batteries, but when I put the batteries on a tester, they're fine (good). Not sure what's going on with it, but it annoying.

It works but it could definitely be better. Sometimes it doesn't recognize the command you are asking or it can't connect to the lock. I hope they will work on it and make it better in the near future. It needs better options for when you have more than one lock installed like I do, it will not show recent activity unless you are connected to that specific lock it needs fixed. Would be 5 stars if fixed. Also needs 12 hour time instead of 24 which is confusing.

I would given this app 5 starts but I gave it 3 only because for some reason you need to turn on the Bluetooth when you try to the Lock and Unlock remotely. This doesn't make any sense and defeats the purpose of REMOTELY operating the lock. If it meant to operate through the internet using the WiFi there is no need for Bluetooth. The other draw back is you can't set times during the day to lock and unlock the door. You can only set one period in passage mode
