Would give 5 stars, but the app attempts to lock the door due to the auto lock timer, even when the door is already locked. It warms you that batteries are low every week. I check the app and it shows low batteries, but when I put the batteries on a tester, they're fine (good). Not sure what's going on with it, but it annoying.

The low battery reminder via admin push should NOT be a paid feature requiring SMS. The absolute greed of these companies trying to nickel and dime those who paid good money to buy this hardware smart lock is ridiculous. Reporting battery level should come as part of basic free service. Fingerprint reader is STILL unreliable and requires them to be redone regularly. Fix your app. The ability to LOCK the door via automation or command should not require a pin when already INSIDE the home.

issue I have with this app is it has constant bugs not only this is I recently changed my phone number and there is now no way to receive a validation code rendering every single one of my locks completely useless even locking me out of my house unfortunately the designers of this app have not thought of this so there's no way for me to update it without getting a validation code to my old number is customer service is useless had an open ticket for 6 months still locked out not recommended!!!
