Would give 5 stars, but the app attempts to lock the door due to the auto lock timer, even when the door is already locked. It warms you that batteries are low every week. I check the app and it shows low batteries, but when I put the batteries on a tester, they're fine (good). Not sure what's going on with it, but it annoying.

The low battery reminder via admin push should NOT be a paid feature requiring SMS. The absolute greed of these companies trying to nickel and dime those who paid good money to buy this hardware smart lock is ridiculous. Reporting battery level should come as part of basic free service. Fingerprint reader is STILL unreliable and requires them to be redone regularly. Fix your app. The ability to LOCK the door via automation or command should not require a pin when already INSIDE the home.

Currently I am not able to login through the app. There is NO way to reach customer support. I can login on my computer, but cannot login on the app. I also agree with another comment about having restart bluetooth. That should not be necessary. If ANYONE can tell how to repair the problem with login on the help I'd appreciate. Thank you
