About this app

Nextrasoft provides secure mobile access to your organisation’s Nextra workforce management system.

Connect using the system code supplied by your organisation and access the workforce tools made available to you. Depending on your organisation’s configuration, these may include:

• Viewing your rota and upcoming shifts
• Managing leave and absence requests
• Accessing timesheets and workforce information
• Recording clockings from your mobile device
• Using your location to verify where a clocking was recorded
• Receiving shift updates, reminders and other workplace notifications
• Viewing and uploading documents
• Saving multiple Nextra systems for quicker access

Location and camera access are only requested when required by an enabled feature. You can manage these permissions through your device settings.

The app is designed for employees and managers whose organisations use the Nextra workforce management platform.

A valid Nextra system code and user account are required. Available features and permission requirements are controlled by your organisation and may vary between Nextra systems.
