I purchased the aarambh batch class 10th 2026-2027 on 1 april. It was working properly earlier but for the past 2-3 days it is showing "no data found" on my courses option even though I had purchased the course. I have been trying multiple types from more than 1 devices, on my laptop and phone too. I am completely unable to access the services I paid for. this is highly disappointing and unacceptable. kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible. or kindly initiate a full refund.

A great app for learning and a fabulous faculty, yet not most effective for everyone: 1. On the name of notes, they just give you the slides used in lecture, I do know own notes are the best, but concise ebook version, would be printable, more helpful. 2. The doubts section, is a absolute waste, it doesn't work at all, if a specific student has a doubt, he has type it in the chat with thousands together typing, the chances of getting heard is 0, doubt sessions are also the same. I have been using next toppers since class 9 and now I am in class 10. I had purchased the aarambh batch and it is showing "oops! no data found" or "token expired". To get them back, we need to delete and reinstall the app every 2-3 days and log in back. I am sure this is a technical issue but this is so frustrating!! Otherwise the teachers are top notch and you can't find better.
