The teachers out there are good. it is good if u are teaching in detail but though streching the things are not solving the doubts. there should be a separate team that deals with students doubts(definitely they can charge extra for it, if they want because the fees is already minimal). all round the quality of teaching is good but need to focus on the structure of the app. (my pov: once when you are in 11th, the three og teachers listen to u anymore, their priority change.)

I have scored really nice marks in 9th because of the teachers' free YouTube videos and I sincerely believe in them and bought the Aarambh course for guiding me through 10th grade. Very excited. One small suggestion would be that once I was done buying the course, the popup showed "You have successfully *maked* the payment". It would be great if the app team corrects this small typo in the app. Thank you.

I purchased the commerce+ CUET batch for 4000 rupees and the batch was accessible for the first 5 days but after that it disappeared from my account. I have already contacted support team multiple times,and I was informed that their are two accounts created with the same mobile number however this issue has not been resolved for the past 20 days.
