Closed Testing Support App: Powerful support for testers!
For Android app developers, closed testing prior to release on Google Play is an essential process for improving app quality. However, managing testers and keeping track of test status can be surprisingly time-consuming. This “Closed Testing Support App” was developed with the aim of providing thorough support to help testers participate in testing more efficiently and comfortably.
Main Features
This app consists of three main screens, enabling smooth closed testing through intuitive operations.
1. [All Apps]Screen
When you launch the app, the “All Apps” screen appears first. Here, all apps installed on your device (excluding system apps) are listed.
• Adding to the Test List: Once you find an app you want to test, simply tap the “Add” button to easily register it in the “Test List.”
• Hiding Apps: Unnecessary apps or apps not included in the test can be permanently hidden from the list by tapping the “Hide” button. Once hidden, apps can be re-displayed and re-registered at any time by selecting “Show Hidden List” from the sort menu.
2. [Apps Under Testing] Screen
Apps registered on the “All Apps” screen are displayed in a list on this “Apps Under Testing” screen. You can check the information of apps under testing at a glance, enabling efficient management.
The information displayed is as follows.
• App Name
• Developer Name: Information registered on the user screen is automatically displayed.
• Test Status: You can check the current test status (recruiting testers, opt-in in progress, product version application in progress).
• Days Elapsed: The number of days since the test began is displayed.
From the menu button on the right side of each app, you can perform the following convenient operations:
• Edit Support URL: You can register or edit the support URL related to the test.

• Change Start Date: Arbitrarily change the start date for the number of days elapsed displayed in the list.
• Developer details: Navigate to the user screen of the relevant developer.
• Delete: This only removes the app from the testing list; it will not be uninstalled.
3. [Users] screen
This screen allows you to manage the list of users (such as developers) registered by users. This is particularly useful when participating in tests with multiple developers.
• Add user: You can register a new user from the “Add” button at the bottom of the screen. This button can be dragged to adjust its position.
• Displayed Content: The icon, name, type, number of registered apps, and rank are displayed.
