NexviTech HRMS puts your company's HR operations in everyone's pocket. It is the mobile companion to the NexviTech HRMS platform used by businesses across India to run their workforce end to end.

The features you see depend on the role your employer assigns to your account. An employee account shows the employee features above; supervisor, HR and director accounts additionally show the management features.

BUILT FOR INDIA
Sign-in, navigation, menus and announcements can be displayed in English, Marathi, Hindi, Tamil and Gujarati. Further screens are being translated in upcoming releases.

HOW ACCESS WORKS
NexviTech HRMS is a commercial, multi-tenant B2B product. Access requires an account provisioned by your employer's HR administrator on the NexviTech HRMS platform (https://hrms.nexvitech.in). The app has no public self sign-up by design, because the employer owns and controls the HR records.
