Ever scanned a QR code and got nothing but a wall of raw text?
Barcode Reader doesn't stop at reading. It works out what the code actually is and takes you to the next step. A Wi-Fi QR opens the network dialog. A contact QR opens a prefilled new-contact screen. A product barcode opens a product search.
■ Fast, accurate scanning
· Live camera scanning — QR, EAN-13/8, UPC-A/E, Code128/39/93, ITF, Codabar, Data Matrix, PDF417, Aztec
· Continuous mode for counting stock without stopping between codes
· Zoom slider, tap to focus and torch for dim shelves and car parks
· Format filter so unwanted code types are simply ignored
· Scan from photos — every code in the picture, and several pictures at once
■ Straight to the right action
· Wi-Fi — opens the add-network screen with the password copied for you
· Contact, phone, SMS, email — opens the right app, already filled in
· Location and events — straight to maps and calendar
· Products (EAN/UPC) and books (ISBN) — opens a search for the code
· Links — open in your browser, automatically if you want
■ Text recognition (OCR)
Pull text out of printed pages that carry no barcode at all. Pick the lines you need, copy or share them. It runs on the device, with no internet.

· Template forms — Wi-Fi, contact, phone, SMS, email, location, event, link
· QR design — code colour, background, margin, corner style, centre logo
· High-resolution export, batch generation from multiple lines, A4 label sheets
· Full-screen display that pushes brightness to maximum so counter scanners read it first time

· History — search, filter by kind, source and date, grouped by day, swipe to delete with undo
· Favourites — tags, notes and custom order
