Ratings and reviews

The card binding is difficult. I tried binding my bank card for more than 3 days it's not binding.what is the issue. The developer should work on this please. The registration process is very easy but only card binding that's issue. I will complete the 5 stars if my loan is approved. This app is a fraudulent app true as some people have mentioned in their reviews that this app is a scanned but I don't agree only today when they have dedicated my 5000 from my account.

After making full payment your loan app has failed to ratify the payment but instead they're increasing the interest as I speak. I repeat after paying in full it did not reflect rather the loan amount is still increasing which I'm very certain I'll never pay because I've paid in full aready, I made sure I paid to the last kobo. I tried complaining to the customer care email you provided only to get the notification that it's an invalid email address Your loan app is a big thumbs down for me

This is the worst app ever, they are not sincere at all, I transfered some money into their account unknowingly, without owing them, I tried contacting their customer care, there is no number on the app, I got their official email on playstore here, sent them an email to that effect asking them to do a refund, with the screenshot of the transaction receipt generated from my app and the transaction ID, I've sent over 5 emails these people have refused to respond to it, I'm so disappointed.
