1.) New subscription for every device is too complicated to keep up with when you've got multiple devices. 2.) No way to view subscriptions tied to specific device & on Android app there's no way to view subscriptions at all. 3.) No easily accessible 'Contact Us' option on app, in fact I believe there just isn't any info. at all. 4.) Specific device selected has broken on my 3 times. I am not purchasing another camera from y'all when they consistently break with very light use. 11/19: still👎

App is a clone copy of other cheap Chinese knockoff smart devices (eg: Smart Life, Onforu Home). Only tried it for security cameras. Beyond live footage it's useless. Config is unintuitive, settings scattered in the UI. What features it does have are lacking. A security video camera that won't record VIDEO is pointless. At best just takes screenshots and so long as an intruder will patiently smile directly in the lens. Plus it frequently crashes along with randomly kicking my phone off WiFi.

Had problem after problem!! Can't view live stream even though my connection is very secure!! Waste of money if this can't be resolved if you ask me... :/ I was so excited to use this camera but after I close the app from the background, I cannot view the live stream again. Nor, can I I barely connect it again! It's such a pain in the butt. But I will say it gas great camera quality and I love how it hardly has a delay when it DOES decide to work.
