Update- although it's been frustrating to keep the camera working their team has been quick and responsive to my messages and have helped me fix the issue. I was emailed a ZIP file for the older version and it works! just make sure to then go to Google play store, top right corner and unclick the automatic update. I had it working then 24 hours later it would update and not work. once I unclicked that the camera works as it is suppose to!

The lock and app need an always open capability. What would make this app better is if you could just select already loaded users and pass the details to new locks. Right now even though you pick them, you have to re-enter pass codes and / or finger prints from scratch for every device. And not sure why, but each time a user "name" has to be entered for that entry as well. ok so another thing, why can't we have periodic access by day of week instead of everyday?

Had problem after problem!! Can't view live stream even though my connection is very secure!! Waste of money if this can't be resolved if you ask me... :/ I was so excited to use this camera but after I close the app from the background, I cannot view the live stream again. Nor, can I I barely connect it again! It's such a pain in the butt. But I will say it gas great camera quality and I love how it hardly has a delay when it DOES decide to work.
